Veggie Fritters~ hand bread, seasoned, and deep fried to golden brown! accompanied with dill creme (squash and zucchini/ mushroom/ or sweet potato)


Grilled cauliflower bites~ blackened and then tossed in your favorite sauce


Baked endives with toasted almonds braised in an almond milk bechamel


Classic French Ratatouie casserole


Cabbage rolls stuffed with wild rice pilaf braised in red wine demi glace


Scalloped potatoes topped with caramelized onion and thyme (sweet potato or yukon gold)


Grilled stuffed bell pepper with Tex-Mex style vegan chili
